WaviQuest (“we”, “us”) provides a location-based audio experience. This policy describes how we handle information when you use our mobile application and related services.

Location — with your permission, we use device location to show nearby content and to support place-based features (for example, unlocking audio when you are at a location). You can adjust location permissions in your device settings.
Audio — when you record content in the app, we process audio you choose to create or upload, subject to your actions in the product.
Usage and device data — such as app diagnostics and identifiers needed to operate the service and process purchases, where applicable.

Third-party services

We use service providers to host data, authenticate users, process media, and handle in-app purchases. Those providers process information according to their terms and our configuration (for example, cloud database and authentication services).

Retention

We keep information as long as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

You may review or change certain account settings in the app. You may also contact us to ask about privacy requests, subject to applicable law.
